Finding the way

I have seen so many people struggle with finding their way through the spiritual realms and to them I give this knowledge. Your answers are within, no one "out there" has our answers but they can give us direction, like a lighthouse, lighting the way so that the shore can be found.

Everyone has an inner voice, feeling or sense that is available to use as a guide, we all have our own "lighthouse". Finding that consistent inner knowing can be difficult, especially if we don't know what we are listening for.

"Peace be still," is an excellent mantra for quieting our inner thought processes. That or something soothing and pleasant that you use is one way to quiet and balance the mind. Quiet peaceful thoughts will take us to places that are necessary in order to learn to listen. Listening takes patience, consistency and a sense of humor because the process can be frustrating and many would give up as the inner knowing is pushed aside for the impatience of our ego needs.

Life circumstances can be such a challenge that we think we have no time to meditate or listen, or we think so many other things should take precedence over becoming quiet when in fact it is in becoming quiet that we will be refreshed, recharged and more balanced. All of which will help us to hear what we really need to in order to make our lives better.

Doing something as simple as listening to ourselves, is a hugely positive step in gaining confidence in ourselves. Allowing ourselves to have our own feelings, being in our own lives and creating positive experiences with our own thoughts guiding the way are invaluable tools that are the beginning of giving to ourselves necessary to create a better reality.
